How do I order custom stationery and gifts?

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed on weekdays will ship between 2-5 business days. Please email email@example.com if you would like to expedite your order. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be notified by email about an estimated ship date immediately.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.
Please note: if you have special requests or are in a hurry, calling never hurts. We can be reached at 901-767-8808 10:00 am – 5:30 pm CT, Monday through Friday.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We are excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $250 to any destination within the USA.
Stovall uses UPS exclusively for all domestic orders. We offer 2-Day, Next Day Air or Ground delivery for all orders shipped within the United Sates.
Upon shipment, UPS Ground can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush please choose 2nd day or Next day service. * For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 2pm EST for delivery on the next business day. Stovall does not currently ship internationally.
Can you gift wraP my order?
We love to wrap and are happy to offer complimentary wrap to any item purchased on our website! Please specify the occasion or let us know of any requests in the notes section when checking out if you would like us to wrap your gift!
Can I return my order?
Stovall accepts returns and exchanges of non-damaged, non-made to order items provided you request the return within 5 days of receiving the order. Depending on the size of the item being returned, we will provide you with instructions on your return.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order should you wish to return non-damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required in order to issue a return.
Products must be in perfect condition and must be shipped back in their original packaging. Upon receiving your return and confirming that the item is in perfect condition, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase. The refund issued will equal the purchase price and any applicable taxes less a 3% restocking fee less return freight.
We do not refund shipping charges for returns due to buyer’s regret. We do not accept returns on made to order or one of a kind orders.
When will I receive my refund?
We kindly ask that you allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
